Description
In this role, you will architect and implement the manufacturing systems firmware for the complex embedded devices that form the backbone of groundbreaking Apple products.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/CS/EE/CE or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming
- Background in embedded firmware development in multi-threaded systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both peer and management audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in interpreting and navigating schematics and layouts
- Working knowledge of standard hardware protocols (USB, UART, SPI, I2C, PCIe, MIPI, PCM)
- Hands-on experience in using debugging tools such as gdb, lldb, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers
- Well-versed in board bring-up and new product development
