Job Summary
Develop HAL and peripheral device drivers for MCX, Crossover RT, and i.MX device families.
Support standalone bare-metal, ROM, and RTOS environments.
Deliver documented, tested software and support customer reference implementations.
Responsibilities
- Verify ROM code and software deliverables on pre-silicon RTL and emulation platforms.
- Support key customers and resolve system-level issues with global teams.
- Develop ROM code without available silicon and debug pre-silicon environments.
- Harden critical code against physical and logical attacks while meeting security and safety standards.
- Collaborate with SoC, architecture, design, verification, validation, documentation, and software teams.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with an embedded software focus, or equivalent experience.
- Some related internship or co-op experience.
- Understanding of embedded software development, device drivers, and consumer embedded applications.
