About the Role
La Vie en Rose is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to develop, optimize, and execute email campaigns to support sales growth and customer retention. You will plan and segment campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the development, evolution, and execution of email marketing strategies to support growth and performance objectives
- Plan, segment, and optimize email campaigns (marketing newsletters, transactional communications, and automated customer journeys)
- Manage and evolve the email campaign calendar in line with business priorities
- Collaborate with Content, Creative, Merchandising, and CRM teams to ensure consistency
- Oversee preparation of briefs, coordinate campaign production, and ensure quality control of all email deployments
- Act as primary point of contact for email marketing projects, ensuring alignment among stakeholders
- Analyze performance indicators (open rates, click through rates, conversions, unsubscribe rates) and formulate data driven recommendations
- Identify optimization opportunities related to content, segmentation, and personalization
- Use email marketing and AI tools to optimize content creation, segmentation, testing, and campaign performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 5 years of experience in an email marketing role
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Adobe Campaign)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other performance measurement tools
- Bilingual, both spoken and written (French and English)
- May require availability outside regular business hours based on business needs

Purpose of the Role
- Reporting to the Email Marketing Manager, the Email Marketing Specialist contributes to the development, optimization, and performance of email campaigns.
- The incumbent serves as a subject matter expert by analyzing campaign performance and recommending strategic initiatives.
