About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Email & Domain Security Administrator to manage, secure, and maintain corporate email infrastructure and domain environment. The role involves protecting email systems against phishing, BEC, spoofing, and other cyber threats.

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 and/or GoDaddy email services
- Manage corporate domains and DNS records related to email services
- Configure and maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to protect against email spoofing and domain impersonation
- Manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Monitor login activities, audit logs, and security alerts, and respond promptly to security incidents
- Detect and mitigate phishing attacks, email spoofing, Business Email Compromise (BEC), and social engineering attempts
- Independently verify all requests involving changes to bank account details or payment instructions before approval
- Troubleshoot email delivery, authentication, and DNS related issues
- Improve email deliverability and maintain sender reputation
- Manage shared mailboxes, distribution lists, aliases, and email policies
- Administer domain transfers, renewals, and DNS configurations
- Manage and renew SSL/TLS certificates
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in corporate email administration and domain security
- Hands on experience with Microsoft 365 and/or GoDaddy administration
- Experience managing multiple corporate domains and business email environments with multiple users
- Strong practical knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS Records
- Experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
- Experience implementing Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) and user access management
- Experience managing SSL/TLS certificates, email backup, and disaster recovery
- Strong understanding of phishing prevention, email spoofing, social engineering, and Business Email Compromise (BEC)
- Professional proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail

- Proven practical experience protecting organizations from email based cyber threats including customer or supplier email impersonation, fake bank account change requests, phishing and spear phishing attacks, domain spoofing and look alike domains, Business Email Compromise (BEC), and email fraud tar
- Practical experience configuring and managing SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS Records, Microsoft 365 Security, and Exchange Online.
Technical Assessment
- Analysis of legitimate and fraudulent email messages
- Configuration, troubleshooting, and validation of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- DNS configuration review and email authentication troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365 and/or GoDaddy administration scenarios
- Identification of security vulnerabilities and recommendation of remediation measures
- Practical scenarios involving phishing attacks, Business Email Compromise (BEC), and domain impersonation
