About the Role

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and other ELV solutions
- Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations and standards during installations and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair security system malfunctions and perform regular system maintenance checks
- Conduct site surveys to assess security risks and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver quality installations within specified timelines
- Provide technical support and training to clients on the use and maintenance of installed systems
- Maintain proper documentation of installations, service requests, and maintenance activities
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during installations and system checks
- Stay updated on the latest SIRA guidelines and technological advancements in the security systems field
Requirements
- SIRA ID (Preferred)
- 2 to 4 years of experience in security system installations and maintenance
- Strong understanding of CCTV, Access control systems, Intrusion detection systems, and other ELV technologies
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
