About the Role
Sevenlines Link Security Systems LLC is hiring an ELV Technician to install, configure, and maintain ELV systems including CCTV, access control, intercom, and PA systems. The role requires site surveys, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and calibrate ELV systems including CCTV, access control, intercom, PA, intrusion alarms, structured cabling, IPTV, and parking management
- Conduct site surveys to assess requirements, determine equipment placement, and plan cabling routes
- Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and system diagrams
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all ELV and CCTV systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and execute corrective repairs
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on system usage and maintenance
Requirements
- Experience installing, configuring, and calibrating ELV systems (CCTV, access control, intercom, PA, etc.)
- Ability to conduct site surveys and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills using appropriate tools and software

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough site surveys to assess requirements, determine optimal equipment placement, and plan cabling routes.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and system diagrams.
- Ensure all installations comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company quality guidelines.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (PPM) on all ELV and CCTV systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues using appropriate diagnostic tools and software.
- Execute corrective repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems efficiently.
- Monitor system status and functionality, addressing any anomalies promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to deliver integrated ELV solutions.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure related to ELV systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on proper usage and basic maintenance.
- Respond promptly to service calls, emergencies, and system alerts, minimizing downtime.
Pay
- AED 2,500 AED 3,000 per month
