Design Motives is seeking an ELV Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot low-current systems including CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems in Dubai. The role requires technical expertise in system installation, testing, and commissioning, with a focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission low current systems including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarm, and intercom systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, and repair low current systems
- Conduct system testing, cable continuity checks, device configuration, and commissioning activities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, maintain installation records, and report work progress
- Follow company HSE policies, use PPE, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain tools and equipment
Requirements
- Experience in installing and maintaining ELV systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of HSE policies and use of PPE

System Installation
- Install, test, and commission low current systems including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarm, intercom, and ELV systems as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, and repair low current systems to ensure reliable operation with minimal downtime.
Testing & Commissioning
- Conduct system testing, cable continuity checks, device configuration, and commissioning activities while ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
Documentation & Coordination
- Read and interpret technical drawings, maintain installation records, report work progress, and coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
Health, Safety & Quality
- Follow company HSE policies, use PPE at all times, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Pay
- AED 1,500.00 AED 2,000.00 per month
