Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Technician cum Driver.
The technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining ELV systems such as CCTV, structured cabling, intercoms, and other related systems.
In addition, the role includes occasional driving tasks for transporting equipment and materials to project sites.
The candidate will also collaborate with the technical team to ensure all projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
Qualifications
- Experience in installing and maintaining ELV systems such as CCTV, structured cabling, access control systems, and public address systems.
- Skills in troubleshooting and repairing technical or electrical issues in ELV installations.
- Proficiency in operating and testing equipment related to data networks, Wi-Fi, and fiber optic systems.
- Valid UAE driving license with knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and diagrams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Practical knowledge of safety standards and protocols on job sites.
- Previous experience in ELV installations and maintenance, especially in Dubai, is a plus.
- Vocational training or a diploma in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
