Responsibilities
- Installation, termination, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems
- Copper cable termination (Cat6, Cat6A, Cat7, etc.)
- Fiber optic cable termination and splicing
- Fiber optic cable pulling and routing
- Conduct OTDR testing and analysis
- Perform Fluke testing and certification for structured cabling systems
- Site coordination with clients, consultants, and project teams
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of ELV systems
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards
- Prepare testing reports and documentation
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems and structured cabling
- Experience in copper and fiber optic cable installation and termination
- Hands on experience in fiber splicing
- Ability to perform Fluke testing and OTDR testing independently
- Experience in cable pulling, labeling, and documentation
- Good communication and site coordination skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and network layouts
- UAE experience is preferred
