About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation and implementation of ELV systems at site
- Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate daily site activities and monitor progress against project schedules
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements
- Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, Video Intercom, SMATV/IPTV, Audio Visual, Gate Barrier, Intrusion Alarm, and Networking Systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during project execution
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports
- Monitor manpower allocation and subcontractor performance
- Prepare material requests and ensure timely procurement of required materials
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in ELV system installation and project execution
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, and government projects preferred
- UAE/GCC experience is an advantage
- UAE Driving License preferred

Role Overview
- The ELV Site Engineer is responsible for the execution, supervision, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of ELV systems at project sites.
- Involves coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in ELV system installation and project execution.
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, and government projects preferred.
- UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
