Responsibilities
- Promote and sell CCTV systems and ELV solutions including Access Control, Intercom, Gate Barrier Systems, SMATV/IPTV, Structured Cabling, and related systems
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Contractors, Owners Associations, Hotel chains, and Building owners
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into projects and long term AMC contracts
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets consistently
- Ensure compliance with Dubai SIRA CCTV regulations and approval requirements
- Follow up with clients and close deals effectively
- Drive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals and new AMC acquisitions
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in CCTV and ELV systems within Dubai/UAE
- Strong knowledge of Dubai SIRA regulations and approval processes
- Proven track record in sales with consistent achievement of targets
- Strong network with Owners Associations, hotel chains, and building owners in the UAE market
- Demonstrated ability to secure AMC contracts
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
