Role Overview
Fire7 LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated ELV Sales Coordinator for its Dubai branch.
The role provides sales administration, customer and supplier coordination, procurement support, order follow-up, and reporting.

- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide administrative support to the ELV Sales team.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales orders, and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, sales engineers, procurement, and internal departments.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Obtain supplier quotations and coordinate pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Assist with procurement and sourcing of ELV materials and equipment.
- Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier details.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain trackers.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending quotations and orders.
- Support sales objectives and maintain strong customer relationships.
