Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of ELV systems projects, including planning, execution, and closure
- Design and implement ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fiber cabling, intercom, IP telephony, WLAN, IPTV, SMATV, BGM, PAVA, gate barrier, etc.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess project feasibility and progress
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
- Provide technical support and training to clients and team members
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during installation and commissioning
- Programming, configuration and testing of all systems
- Manage multiple sites and execution of multiple systems simultaneously
- Manage manpower and resources
Requirements
- Experience in managing ELV systems projects
- Knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, etc.
- Ability to prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to conduct site surveys and inspections
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations
