Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission CCTV, Access Control, PA, and Video Intercom systems
- Manage network infrastructure including switches, routers, wireless access points, and structured cabling
- Provide onsite and remote IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Administer Microsoft 365 environments, user accounts, security policies, and cloud services
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and project documentation
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands on experience in ELV and IT systems installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Willing to travel for project implementation and support
