Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day site activities for ELV and ICT projects
- Manage installation teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to project specifications and schedules
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and other contractors
- Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations, local authority requirements, and health & safety standards
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Structured Cabling, SMATV, Gate Barrier, and Network Infrastructure systems
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of resources
- Resolve technical and site related issues efficiently
- Support project close out activities, including as built documentation and client handover

- Experience supervising ELV and ICT projects
- Knowledge of SIRA regulations and local authority requirements
- Ability to manage installation teams and subcontractors
- Experience with testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV systems
