Responsibilities
- Developing ELV systems in line with specifications and tender submissions
- Producing as built drawings
- Providing design documents, submittals, and shop drawings to the project engineer
- Collaborating with Draftsman and Document Controller to prepare Shop Drawings and Material submittals
- Determining project specifications by evaluating product design, customer requirements, and performance criteria
- Issuing inquiries to Suppliers/Manufacturers, executing Cost Estimation, and preparing BOQs
- Creating quotations, pre Qualification Documents, technical submittals, and following up on the project until contract finalization
- Interacting with clients to resolve any questions or issues related to the proposals
- Assisting in addressing technical inquiries and providing site support
- Performing site inspections and coordinating project advancement
- Managing SIRA portal and coordinating SIRA Approval

Job Overview
- An ELV engineer with over four years of experience in ELV design and estimation, structured cabling systems (SCS), closed circuit television systems (CCTV), access control systems (ACS), gate barriers, optical fibre, and a variety of other ELV system products.
Responsibilities
- Developing ELV systems in line with specifications and tender submissions.
- Skilled in producing as built drawings.
- Providing design documents, submittals, and shop drawings to the project engineer for essential approvals and site execution.
- Working in collaboration with the Draftsman and Document Controller to prepare Shop Drawings and Material submittals, respectively.
- Capable of determining project specifications by evaluating product design, customer requirements, and performance criteria; conducting technical studies.
- Issuing inquiries to Suppliers/Manufacturers, executing Cost Estimation, and preparing BOQs.
- Creating quotations, pre Qualification Documents, technical submittals, and following up on the project until the contract is finalized.
- Interacting with clients to resolve any questions or issues related to the proposals.
- Assisting in addressing technical inquiries and providing site support.
- Ensuring compliance with the project schedule by monitoring project progress.
- Performing site inspections and coordinating project advancement, as well as technical meetings with other contractors and consultants regarding project status.
- Managing SIRA portal and coordinating SIRA Approval.
