Role Overview
An ELV Presales Engineer is being hired for an ICT and ELV systems integrator in Doha, Qatar.
The role supports presales activities for electronic low-voltage and security systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Study tenders and complete ELV system design and sizing.
- Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates.
- Negotiate with vendors and prepare technical submittals.
- Work across CCTV, access control, PA/VA, structured cabling, and IPTV systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecom Engineering.
- At least four years of ELV presales or estimation experience in Qatar or the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of MOI-SSD requirements and BICSI standards.
- Availability in Qatar with a valid NOC and ability to join immediately.
Additional Advantages
- Fire alarm and BMS experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of QCDD and NFPA standards is an advantage.
- MMUP/UPDA registration is an advantage.

- The role is described as full-time and based in Doha, Qatar.
