About the Role
Nexa Network Solutions is seeking an ELV Engineer to design, implement, and maintain Extra Low Voltage systems including CCTV, access control, and structured cabling. The role requires strong knowledge of ELV systems, experience with IT infrastructure, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, IP telephony, and related security and communication solutions
- Prepare system designs and shop drawings, select equipment, conduct site surveys, supervise installation and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and client stakeholders
- Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and prepare technical documentation and reports
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, public address, IP telephony/VOIP, and structured cabling
- Experience with IT and network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, Wi Fi solutions, and basic IP addressing and routing concepts
- Proficiency in system design and documentation using tools such as AutoCAD or similar design software
- Familiarity with industry standards, local regulations, and MOI requirements for surveillance and security systems deployment
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant engineering degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Previous experience in ELV engineering or similar roles within IT, security, or infrastructure projects, preferably in the Gulf region
- Ability to work on site in Doha, Qatar

- Strong knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, public address, IP telephony/VOIP, and structured cabling.
- Experience with IT and network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, Wi Fi solutions, and basic IP addressing and routing concepts.
- Proficiency in system design and documentation using tools such as AutoCAD or similar design software, along with ability to prepare schematics, layouts, and BOQs.
- Familiarity with industry standards, local regulations, and MOI requirements for surveillance and security systems deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem solving skills for hardware, software, and configuration issues in ELV and network environments.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams on technical and project matters.
- Relevant engineering degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field; professional certifications in networking or security (e.g., CCNA) are an advantage.
- Previous experience in ELV engineering or similar roles within IT, security, or infrastructure projects, preferably in the Gulf region.
- Ability to work on site in Doha, Qatar, manage multiple projects, and adapt to dynamic client needs.
