Role Description
- We are seeking a detail oriented ELV Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, modifying, and maintaining technical drawings related to ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, Intercom, Audio Visual, and
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed ELV shop drawings, as built drawings, and technical documentation using AutoCAD.
- Develop layouts, schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, and installation details for ELV systems.
- Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to incorporate design changes and project requirements.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Update drawings based on site conditions and engineer comments.
- Prepare as built drawings upon project completion.
- Ensure drawings comply with local authority requirements, project standards, and company procedures.
- Maintain drawing records and document control procedures.
- Coordinate with other disciplines such as MEP and Civil teams to avoid design conflicts.
- Assist project teams during project execution by providing drawing revisions and technical support.
