About the Role
HFN Investments is seeking an experienced ELV Design Lead to oversee low-voltage systems integration for a landmark international hospitality project in Lagos. The role requires 8+ years of ELV/ICT design experience, including delivery of multiple hospitality fit-out projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead ELV design and integration across key hotel systems including BMS, GRMS, structured cabling, networks, IPTV, PABX, electronic locks, access control, CCTV, digital signage, fire alarm interfaces, and server room infrastructure.
- Own system integration strategy, ensuring seamless connectivity between PMS, GRMS, electronic locks, and BMS.
- Lead ELV procurement activities including RFQ development, vendor evaluation, technical reviews, and selection recommendations.
- Coordinate across MEP, interiors, access control, door hardware, ceilings, finishes, and specialist vendors.
- Validate integration through witnessed testing and structured technical evidence.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in ELV / ICT design and delivery
- Delivered 3+ hospitality fit out projects, including at least one international hotel brand
- Strong BMS & GRMS integration experience (BACnet/IP required)
- Proven GRMS to lock integration delivery experience
- Structured cabling expertise (ISO/IEC 11801)
- CCTV delivery experience on managed VMS platforms
- Access control experience (ASSA ABLOY, dormakaba or equivalent systems)
- IPTV, PABX, networking and hospitality technology experience
- Working knowledge of EN 15232, BS 5839 1, EN 54, IEC 60364 / BS 7671
- Experience supporting procurement, tender reviews, and technical vendor selection

Overview
- HFN Investments is looking for an experienced ELV Design Lead to support the delivery of a landmark international hospitality project in Lagos.
- We are seeking a proven ELV/ICT design authority who can take ownership of low voltage systems integration from technical design review and procurement through testing, validation, and successful hotel operation readiness.
- This role requires more than ELV familiarity. We need someone who has designed, integrated, and proven complex hotel technology ecosystems.
What You’ll Own
- Lead ELV design and integration across key hotel systems including: Building Management System (BMS), Guest Room Management System (GRMS), Structured cabling infrastructure, Admin & guest networks, HSIA/Wi Fi systems, IPTV & PABX, Electronic locks & access control, CCTV & VMS platforms, Digital sign
- Own system integration strategy, ensuring seamless connectivity between PMS, GRMS, electronic locks, and BMS.
- Lead ELV procurement activities including RFQ development, vendor evaluation, technical reviews, and selection recommendations.

What We’re Looking For (Non Negotiable)
- 8+ years’ experience in ELV / ICT design and delivery
- Delivered 3+ hospitality fit out projects, including at least one international hotel brand
- Strong BMS & GRMS integration experience (BACnet/IP required)
- Proven GRMS to lock integration delivery experience
- Structured cabling expertise (ISO/IEC 11801)
