- Arrange and maintain stocks
- Manage daily office operations
- Log, track, and follow up on service requests and incidents
- Ensure timely communication and updates to customers regarding service status
- Prepare and maintain service reports and related documentation
- Escalate issues appropriately and monitor them until closure
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills mandatory
- Strong coordination, follow up, and multitasking abilities
- Customer focused attitude with professional phone etiquette
- Basic understanding of ELV Products and services
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, email communication)
- 1 3 years of experience in IT / ELV/ Technical customer care, service desk, or coordination roles
- IT related degree or diploma preferred

Job Summary

- Pay: AED2,500.00 AED3,500.00 per month
