DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred with 2+ years of medical billing, eligibility, or healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Knowledge of payer requirements, coordination of benefits, claim processing, eligibility verification, clearinghouses, and 277/278 EDI files.
• Experience using insurance payer portals, eligibility verification tools, denials management, and reimbursement processes.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a customer-focused approach.

COMPENSATION

• The hourly range for this position is $18.00-$20.00 . Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
