Summary of Position: Under the direct supervision of the Building Principal, this position provides administrative and secretarial support for the school and public being served. In addition to typing, filing, scheduling and communicating, performs such duties as: communicates information regarding school functions and procedures; ensures compliance with District financial, legal and administrative requirements; oversees the office activities in support of the services provided to students, parents and staff. Handles highly confidential and sensitive information in a fast-paced environment. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize the diversified workload.
