Assemble and wire cable and wire harnesses using schematics and wiring diagrams
Maintain clear build documentation (Excel/Word, photos, notes where required)
Perform precision soldering for prototype and low-volume downhole electronics.
Complete mechanical assembly (torque-controlled fasteners, sealing, general hand tools)
Support testing and troubleshooting at a basic level
Contribute to continuous improvement in build quality and workflow
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on soldering experience (oilfield/downhole strongly preferred)
Ability to read and work from schematics and wiring diagrams
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills to support traceability and future reference; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, photos, and notes as required

Familiarity with ESD-safe handling and clean assembly practices
Strong attention to detail and a build quality mindset
Certifications and/or formal training (e.g., IPC-A-610 or IPC/WHMA-A-620)
General mechanical aptitude in assembly:
Torque tools and specifications
General hand tool use
Hands-on experience with drill presses and light shop equipment
Ability to understand circuits and components (not just follow drawings)
Strong organization skills (inventory, parts tracking, build kits)
Ability to improve or create build workflows and documentation
Working knowledge of Ohm's Law and basic troubleshooting
Provides directional drilling and measurement-while-drilling services for oilfields.
