Electronic Security Project Manager

We are seeking a Security Project Manager that will lead a team of Security technicians and subcontractors that install ACS, IDS, CCTV, intercom and other low voltage systems for our clients in Northern Virginia.

The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee multiple project simultaneously with the help of the local engineering, sales, and technical staff.

The Ideal candidate will take ownership of assigned projects and ensure robust communication with our customer and team to make sure all stakeholder expectations are met.

The Project Manager will oversee day to day operations of multiple projects and report as needed job status, schedule updates, risk mitigation steps, changes, and material needs throughout the project’s lifecycle.

The PM will lead a team of Senior/Lead Techs, Jr Techs, and subcontractors.

Applicants for this role must have Property Technology Security backgrounds!

• Project Management experience in an electronic security system environment
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Experience overseeing subcontractors and ensuring work is done as is expected by i2G systems and all stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills. This goes not only within the i2G team but also with our customers and subcontractors.
• Ability to Read and understand security system drawings as well as familiarity with electrical and civil drawing packages.
• Experience managing integration engineers that program electronic security systems including but not limited to access control systems, intrusion detection systems and CCTV systems
• Maintain project equipment inventory, red-line drawings, and quality
