Electronic Accessories Sales Supervisor / Electronics Repair Assistant

Position Overview

Sales and Supervision

• Oversee daily electronic accessories shop and sales operations for a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Supervise sales staff and coordinate assignments, customer service, sales activities, stock handling, and sales targets.
• Promote chargers, cables, adapters, power banks, earphones, headphones, phone accessories, computer accessories, connectors, and related products.
• Recommend suitable products based on device compatibility, specifications, usage, and customer budget.
• Prepare quotations and sales orders, provide product information, and follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Train and guide sales staff on product knowledge, customer service, compatibility, sales procedures, and basic technical information.

Repair and Technical Support

• Inspect devices and accessories for visible damage, defects, compatibility issues, and basic functional problems.
• Assist technicians with troubleshooting, testing, cleaning, disassembly, assembly, and repair under supervision.
• Use hand tools, multimeters, testing equipment, soldering tools, and other basic repair equipment when required.
• Assist with replacing cables, connectors, batteries, switches, ports, plugs, and other replaceable components.
• Perform functional testing after repair or replacement and report technical faults, recurring issues, damaged products, and safety concerns.

Records, Stock, and Service

• Maintain sales, repair, customer, warranty, inventory, and product-return records.
• Check incoming stock against delivery documents for quantity, model, specifications, packaging, and visible damage.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure products are labeled, displayed, stored, and organized correctly.
• Coordinate with suppliers, technicians, customers, warehouse staff, and other departments on orders, repairs, warranty claims, and replacements.
• Handle enquiries, complaints, returns, exchanges, warranty matters, and after-sales service professionally.
• Maintain safe handling of electronic devices, accessories, tools, testing equipment, and work areas.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience in electronic accessories sales supervision, electronics sales or repair assistance, mobile phone accessories sales, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of electronic accessories, cables, chargers, adapters, connectors, batteries, power supplies, and consumer electronics.
• Basic knowledge of circuits, components, voltage, current, polarity, connectivity, and device compatibility.
• Ability to use basic hand tools, soldering tools, multimeters, and electronic testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, sales, communication, negotiation, customer service, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and practical technical skills.
• Ability to supervise staff, explain technical information clearly, maintain records, stand for extended periods, and handle electronic products and stock.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages and relevant electronics, electrical, IT, technical, or repair certification are advantageous.
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, or extended hours when required.
