Electro-Mechanical Technician

· Associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent industrial maintenance experience.

· 2–5 years of industrial maintenance or electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience.

· Working knowledge of PLCs, AC/DC circuits, motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment.

· Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

· Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work standing, kneeling, climbing, or at heights when required.

· Experience with 480V three-phase electrical systems.

· Experience using a CMMS.

· Experience with automated manufacturing equipment, robotics, or servo systems.

· Industrial maintenance certification, journeyman electrician license, or mechatronics training.

· Responds quickly and effectively to equipment issues, minimizing downtime.

· Completes preventive maintenance accurately and on schedule.

· Maintains a safe, organized work environment and promotes safe work practices.

· Builds positive working relationships with Operations, Engineering, and fellow technicians.

· Continuously looks for opportunities to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
