Responsibilities
- Maintain production lines: service automated egg collection, grading, and packing conveyor systems
- Troubleshoot systems: diagnose electrical faults, motor failures, control panel issues, and mechanical jams
- Perform preventive maintenance: conduct routine inspections on feeding, watering, and climate control systems
- Fix equipment issues: repair or replace gears, belts, bearings, sensors, switches, and wiring
- Ensure bio security: follow strict farm hygiene, safety, and bio security protocols at all times
- Respond to emergencies: address urgent equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize production downtime
Requirements
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, ideally in a poultry farm or food packaging plant
