Qualifications
- Candidates should have an electrical or electromechanical background through education or hands-on experience.
- Relevant electrical-field and wind-industry experience is especially relevant for eTDSU-P, ESP, and high-voltage roles.
- Good English skills, flexibility, responsibility, and a hands-on attitude are expected.
- Candidates must be willing to travel and work offshore or onshore.
- GWO certifications are a plus, and FairWind may help candidates obtain them.

- Electrical supervisor roles include eTDSU-P assignments.
- ESP and advanced high-voltage technician roles are available.
- Rookies with electrical diplomas can start a career in the wind industry.
