2XL HOME is seeking an experienced Electrician – Maintenance & Fit-Out to join its UAE team.

The role requires hands-on electrical experience and knowledge of fit-out, MEP, civil, and general maintenance works.

The position includes technician supervision, contractor coordination, work planning, and quality monitoring.

Supervise fit-out and maintenance works across company facilities.
Guide technicians, assign tasks, and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
Perform electrical troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
Coordinate contractors and site teams and monitor work quality, progress, and completion.
Prepare maintenance schedules and identify required corrective actions.
Ensure work meets safety and required standards and support resolution of technical site issues.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required; Foreman or Supervisor-level experience is preferred.
A Diploma, ITI qualification, or technical certificate in Electrical or a related field is required.
Strong knowledge of civil, MEP, fit-out, and maintenance works is required.
The candidate should understand maintenance planning, scheduling, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
The role requires technician guidance, team supervision, and contractor and site-team coordination.
Reading and understanding electrical drawings and schematics is an advantage.
