What You’ll Do: Teach hands-on electrical skills to students preparing for careers in the trade Demonstrate safe use of tools, equipment, and electrical systems Train students in residential, commercial, and/or industrial wiring Prepare students for licensure and industry certifications Support and mentor students as they develop their skills What You Bring: Strong, hands-on experience in the electrical trade Knowledge of electrical fundamentals (AC/DC) and NEC standards Experience with wiring, conduit installation, and power distribution Familiarity with motor controls, transformers, or PLCs (preferred) Ability to clearly explain and demonstrate concepts to others

You must meet one of the following: Associate degree in Electrical Technology (or an equivalent field) plus five (5) years of electrical work experience OR Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of electrical work experience OR five or more (5+) years of electrical work experience and willingness to complete an Electrical Technology Associate degree within three (3) years Preferred: Licensed Master or Journeyman Electrician No Teaching Experience? No Problem. Many of our instructors come directly from the field. We’ll support you as you transition into teaching.
