Pay: Our compensation structure is based on a pay-for-performance.

Pay-for-performance means your pay is determined by how much of a product you produce or contribute to making.

Average pay is $52 per hour plus our comprehensive benefits package.

Shift: Work hours are a rotating 2-3-2 Continental Night Shift from 7p-7a.

Basic Job Functions: The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for a specific production area and may be reassigned to a different area in the future based on department needs.

The Electrician will work closely with and support our Maintenance and Production Teams.

Primary responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, upgrading, installing and commissioning plant equipment.

Our teammate will assist with projects for process improvements and will provide technical service and support for operations.

Our Electricians work with motors, digital and analog electronics, schematics, print reading and control circuits, AC/DC theory and electrical maintenance, computers/PLC and test instruments, power supplies, power distribution and mechanical and hand/power tools as it relates to manufacturing equipment.
