Responsibilities
- Perform framing, installation, repair, and finish carpentry work.
- Support electrical technicians with fixtures, fittings, and structural preparations.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read technical drawings and work orders and follow required specifications.
- Maintain quality, safety, regulatory compliance, organized work areas, and materials.
- Collaborate with project managers and technicians and report progress.
- Complete installation, repair, and renovation tasks at project locations.
Qualifications
- Strong carpentry and finish carpentry skills.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Experience in framing and structural carpentry using blueprints or technical drawings.
- Understanding of construction and technical services safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and perform some tasks remotely.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic electrical components, fixtures, and coordination with electrical technicians is an advantage.
- Previous residential, commercial, or industrial maintenance or renovation experience is preferred.
- Relevant vocational training, certification, or diploma in carpentry, electrical, or building trades is beneficial.
