Monday to Friday roster, 7am start

Ad hoc shutdown work and toolstore support (working away as required)

As an Electrician based at Coates Belmont , you will be responsible for servicing and repairing the electrical components of hire equipment, ensuring all assets are ready, fit and safe for customer use. You will work closely with the mechanical team and also support toolstore operations during shutdowns, ensuring equipment is prepared, tracked and issued efficiently.

Your typical day will focus on:

Servicing and maintaining a wide range of electrical plant and equipment at the branch and on site

Carrying out electrical testing and calibration of equipment as required

Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs in line with accepted trade practices

Preparing, issuing and receiving equipment during shutdown and project work

Supporting toolstore operations including stock control and equipment tracking

Keeping customers informed of equipment service and repair requirements

Assisting with maintaining appropriate stock levels of electrical spare parts

Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with procedures
