Job Summary
The Electrician will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
The role requires hands-on experience with GI cable trays, GI trunking, and GI conduit wiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and layout plans.
- Install and route cables using GI cable trays, GI trunking, and GI conduit systems.
- Perform conduit bending, threading, and surface or concealed wiring installation.
- Install cable trays, trunking, supports, brackets, and accessories according to approved drawings.
- Pull, terminate, and test power and control cables.
- Install lighting fixtures, switches, socket outlets, distribution boards, and panel boards.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform corrective maintenance.
- Conduct insulation resistance, continuity, and functionality testing.
- Comply with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete work efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.
Pay
- The stated pay is AED 1,500 to AED 2,500 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with electrical installations, including GI cable tray, GI trunking, and GI conduit wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and layout plans.
- Ability to perform conduit bending, threading, cable installation, termination, and testing.
- Ability to comply with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
