Role Overview
An established electromechanical contracting company is seeking an electrician for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installation work for residential and commercial projects.
- Read electrical drawings, layouts, and single-line diagrams.
- Install conduits, cable trays, trunking, wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, and power sockets.
- Perform cable pulling, termination, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Install and connect distribution boards and electrical equipment.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other MEP teams.
- Follow project specifications and UAE safety requirements.
- Maintain good workmanship and complete assigned work according to the project schedule.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in MEP or construction projects.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Good experience in electrical installation and maintenance work.
- Knowledge of electrical tools, testing equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous UAE experience is preferred.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given preference.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,000 to AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
