Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Technician who can support wiring, soldering, PCB assembly, harness preparation, connector crimping, and general electrical/electronics work for our robotics and automation projects. The role involves building wiring harnesses, assembling control panels, testing circuits, and supporting prototype development.
Key Responsibilities
- ● Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, and harness assembly for robots and electrical panels.
- ● Conduct soldering (through-hole & SMD preferred) and PCB-level assembly/rework.
- ● Assist in assembling control boxes, sensor wiring, motor driver wiring, and power distribution units.
- ● Read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts.
- ● Work with connectors like XT30/XT60, Molex, JST, Deutsch, Phoenix, etc.
- ● Handle testing, continuity checks, insulation checks, and ensure circuit integrity.
- ● Support prototype builds, repairs, and troubleshooting of electrical faults.
- ● Maintain inventory of wires, lugs, terminals, connectors, and electrical tools.
- ● Follow safety standards while handling power supplies, Li-ion/LFP batteries, and high-voltage systems.
Skills & Requirements
- ● ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
