The Electronics & Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical and electronic systems that support both manufacturing equipment and facility operations. This role ensures equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and workplace safety by performing diagnostic testing, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electronically controlled machinery and electrical infrastructure.
The position requires technical training in electrical or electronic technology and significant experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance environments. Ideal candidates have strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation, and experience working with industrial automation and high-voltage electrical systems. The role may also assist with general maintenance activities as needed and is subject to the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
The ideal candidate is an experienced industrial electrical maintenance technician with strong troubleshooting skills, automation experience, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to keep manufacturing equipment and facility systems operating reliably and efficiently.
Physical Demands: Requires the ability to work in a manufacturing environment and regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb and lift materials and equipment necessary to perform maintenance and repair duties. Must be able to safely work around electrical systems, machinery, and industrial equipment while using a variety of hand tools and diagnostic instruments.
Beginning hourly rate: $31.60
