Responsibilities
- Analyze technical issues, troubleshoot, and provide support to other technicians
- Supervise and instruct technicians to ensure implementation of required specifications and standards
- Ensure all technical equipment is fit for purpose, correctly stored, maintained, and documented
- Support high tech CCTV, Access Control, intruder detection, Security management, NVRs, MIDS & PIDS
- Perform IT infrastructure installation and troubleshooting
- Read and understand electrical schematics and construction documents
- Travel expected 50% of duty time
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven industry experience
- Professional level troubleshooting for Access Control Systems
- Professional level expertise in troubleshooting CCTV systems
- Professional level expertise in troubleshooting road blockers, sliding gates, arm barriers, turnstiles, electric motors, microwave, and fiber fence systems
- Valid driving license
- English communication skills (oral and written)
- Arabic communication skills (highly preferred)

Overview
- We are a leading fire & security systems integrator contractor in Saudi Arabia looking to recruit the services of an Electrical Technician to work on various Industrial Megaprojects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyzing technical issues and problems, troubleshooting, providing support to other employees and assisting other technicians with issues.
- Supervising and instructing the technicians to ensure the implementation of required specifications and standard for scope of work.
- To ensure all technical equipment is fit for purposes, correctly stored, maintained and documented and used appropriately when required.
- Provide support for technicians who’s not familiar with what they are doing. E.g. equipment's manuals, Drawings & datasheet and written instruction.
- Supported high tech CCTV, Access Control, intruder detection, Security management, NVRs, MIDS & PIDS.
- IT infrastructure Installation and troubleshooting.
- Perform all duties professionally and on time to improve customer satisfaction.
Technical Role
- 1st Line support for any technical requests on the field.
- Physical security equipment troubleshooting.
- IT infrastructure servers, network switches, end user devices.
- Read and understand electrical schematics and construction documents.
- Ability to Learn and apply company/customer engineering standards.
- Traveling expected 50% of duty time.
Qualifications Required
- Candidates will hold a diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven Industry experience (is a MUST).
- Professional level on troubleshooting for Access Control Systems equipment such controller / door interface / card reader.
- Professional level expertise in troubleshooting CCTV systems including cameras, NVRs, network switches.
- Professional level expertise in troubleshooting road blockers, sliding gates, arm barriers, turnstiles, electric motors, microwave, and fiber fence system.
- A driving license is mandatory.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English (is a MUST) and Arabic (highly preferred).
