Seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Technician with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
The role installs, maintains, and troubleshoots electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to support continuous and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostic testing, and routine checks on production machinery, control panels, transformers, and industrial motors.
- Diagnose electrical issues during power outages or system malfunctions to minimize operational downtime.
- Install, wire, and modify conduits, control circuits, switchgear, and power distribution systems according to engineering standards.
- Follow plant safety protocols, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and national electrical codes.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, repair records, and electrical equipment inventory logs.
- Collaborate with mechanical technicians, operators, and plant supervisors to support continuous production flow.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Two to three years of proven Electrical Technician experience in a production or manufacturing industry.
- ITI, diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent vocational training.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, drive systems, circuit diagrams, and wiring schematics.
- Willingness to work scheduled 10-hour shifts.
- Ability to work in an industrial environment, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment when required.
- English proficiency is required.
