Maintenance Responsibilities
- Respond to daily repair requests from guests and staff.
- Repair plumbing leaks, unclog drains, patch drywall, and repair electrical fixtures.
- Inspect and service HVAC units according to scheduled preventive-maintenance routines.
- Inspect and service refrigeration systems, lighting, kitchen equipment, and life-safety systems.
- Read meters and gauges and monitor building systems.
- Track work orders through property management systems.
- Report major failures to the Chief Engineer.
Safety and Compliance
- Follow health, hygiene, and environmental safety protocols.
- Store hazardous or flammable materials properly and use lockout/tagout procedures.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,749 to AED 1,750 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
