Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai for an Electrical Technician/Installer.
- The role involves installing, testing and commissioning electrical and low voltage systems, including Home Automation, Audio Video, Lighting Control, Networking, Security Systems, low voltage Distribution Panels.
- The Technician/Installer will work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure proper installation, system reliability and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure automation, lighting control, audio video and network systems according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform wiring, cabling, termination and equipment mounting in residential and commercial environments.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use to ensure a safe and organized worksite.
- Take detailed notes of any on site changes or issues and communicate them promptly to the design and engineering teams.
- Ensure all client property is protected during installation and maintain a professional, respectful presence on site.
- Follow company dress code, including wearing the AV Smart Integration uniform at all times.
- Support system testing, troubleshooting and on site commissioning.
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers and designers to deliver efficient solutions.
- Follow UAE electrical codes, safety procedures and company standards at all times.
