Contract role supporting a client as an Electrical Systems and Field Operations Specialist.
Manage electrical system installations and ensure compliance with safety standards during field operations across multiple locations.
Compensation
- Payout is $40-$50 per hour.
Workplace and Travel
- The role is advertised as remote and work-from-anywhere.
- The role requires on-site inspections and travel to client sites, with occasional overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site inspections and diagnostics of electrical systems to identify malfunctions or inefficiencies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on field operations for system upgrades or repairs.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Document technical findings, maintenance logs, and compliance reports.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues in industrial or commercial settings using specialized testing equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with electrical system diagnostics and field operations in industrial or commercial environments.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA, and local electrical safety regulations.
- Hands-on experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and thermal imagers.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required, including occasional overnight stays.
