Electrical Systems Engineer

Power Innovations International, part of the LiteOn Group, is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead the design and integration of next-generation energy solutions, including EV charging systems, bidirectional V2H/V2X technologies, and microgrid power-conversion products .

This is a highly hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys taking products from concept to production and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Systems Engineer, you will own complete systems-level electrical designs, develop and validate prototypes, support manufacturing, and ensure products meet safety, performance, and certification requirements.

• Architect complete AC and DC power systems, including block diagrams, power distribution architectures, and interconnect designs.
• Design and document wiring systems, cable assemblies, grounding strategies, and over current protection schemes.
• Create system schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing documentation.
• Build, wire, power-up, test, and troubleshoot prototype and pilot units in a laboratory environment.
• Develop and execute system validation testing, including continuity, hi-pot, functional, and power-on testing.
• Support manufacturing teams by resolving build issues and driving corrective actions.
• Manage BOMs, engineering changes, electrical drawings, and DFMEA documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and certification requirements.
• Drive design-for-manufacturing, design-for-assembly, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 3+ years of experience designing and integrating power electronics, EV charging systems, or similar power hardware.
