Role Overview
Task Dynamic General Maintenance LLC is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for MEP projects and maintenance work in Abu Dhabi.
The role supervises electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, manpower, materials, and site productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installation and maintenance activities and manage electricians, manpower, and daily tasks.
- Oversee conduits, cable trays, trunking, wiring, cables, isolators, distribution boards, lighting, power, and control systems.
- Read drawings, load schedules, single-line diagrams, and specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements and UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other MEP trades.
- Conduct inspections, testing, troubleshooting, rectification, and snag closure for electrical systems.
- Prepare material and manpower requirements, monitor productivity and wastage, maintain progress records, and report site issues.
- Enforce safety procedures and company requirements.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of hands-on electrical experience in the UAE.
- Experience as an Electrical Supervisor on MEP construction, fit-out, and maintenance projects.
- Strong knowledge of LV electrical systems, lighting, power, containment, cable installation, distribution boards, and control systems.
