You will identify, develop, and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for electrical systems across multiple facilities Maintain and troubleshoot industrial electrical distribution equipment, including substations, breakers, switchgear, MCCs, protective relays, transformers (up to 138kV), battery/UPS systems, motors (up to 45,000 hp / 15,000 volts), and backup generators (up to 1500kW) Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities, including IR thermography, transformer oil analysis, partial discharge analysis, and power quality analysis Analyze equipment performance data to ensure optimal reliability and efficiency Support root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve chronic electrical equipment issues (bad actors) Assist with turnaround planning, scope development, and cost estimation for electrical work Provide technical direction to plant personnel and contractors to ensure safe and effective execution of work Work independently to make technical decisions and provide field recommendations Support resolution of high-impact issues with a focus on safety, reliability, and performance Perform a combination of field and office work with up to 50% domestic travel Provide off-hours support and maintain availability as required
