Responsibilities
- Estimate, prepare, and allocate required resources including manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, and tools for all MV & LV electrical works prior to execution
- Review project drawings, contract documents, and applicable local/international standards to ensure full understanding before execution
- Develop and evaluate construction methodologies for electrical works (MV/LV) and recommend the most efficient approach
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate execution of MV & LV works and ensure effective interface with civil and mechanical disciplines
- Supervise and provide technical support to electrical teams on site for installation, testing, and commissioning activities
- Ensure all electrical works are executed strictly in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, project specifications, and safety standards
- Monitor daily site activities, assign targets to electrical teams, and ensure timely achievement of planned progress
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Coordinate with client and consultant representatives for inspections, approvals, site instructions, and technical clarifications
- Prepare and submit daily site reports, inspection requests, progress updates, and other required project documentation
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- 5 years of experience in the construction field, with at least 2+ years at a General Contractor
- Comprehensive job knowledge of MV & LV electrical works
- Ability to lead, influence and motivate others
- Good communication skills
- Concern for safety regulation
- Good computer skills in MS Office
- Good command in Arabic & English both written and verbal

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate execution of MV & LV works and ensure effective interface with civil and mechanical disciplines.
- Supervise and provide technical support to electrical teams on site for installation, testing, and commissioning activities related to MV & LV systems.
- Ensure all electrical works are executed strictly in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, project specifications, and safety standards.

- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, with particular focus on MV/LV electrical risk control and safe working procedures.
- Coordinate with client and consultant representatives for inspections, approvals, site instructions, and technical clarifications.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports, inspection requests, progress updates, and other required project documentation.
- Participate in site meetings, coordination meetings, and progress review meetings with client, consultant, and internal project teams.
- Prepare and submit work progress reports to the Head of Department on a regular basis.
Skills
- Qualifications: B. Sc. of Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 05 years of experience in the construction field, with at least 02 + years of experience at GC.
- Comprehensive job knowledge
- Ability to lead, influence and motivate others
- Good communication skills.

- Good computer skills in the applications of MS Office
- Good Command in Arabic & English both in written and verbal
