Role Overview
The role supports construction of a luxury villa in Dubai as an MEP Engineer with responsibility for electrical and plumbing systems.
The position covers planning, design, standards, inspections, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and maintenance measures for MEP systems.
Candidate Requirements
- A master’s or bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is preferred in the source posting.
- A DEWA license is required, and the posting also lists SOE and driving licenses as required.
- The posting lists 10 years of experience in electrical and plumbing work and G+1 luxury villa construction.
- Professional AutoCAD experience is required, along with knowledge of MS Office and project management software.
Engineering and Design
- Prepare plans, details, specifications, and cost estimates for electrical, plumbing, heating, and general piping systems.
- Develop policies, standards, inspection procedures, evaluation tools, and maintenance management measures for MEP matters.
- Analyze mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
