Job Purpose

  • The Electrical Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and presenting technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • This role bridges the gap between complex engineering concepts and commercial sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new market opportunities and clients (contractors, consultants, and industrial end users).
  • Technical Sales: Present, promote, and sell the company's electrical products and solutions using solid technical arguments.
  • Tendering & Quotations: Review client specifications, prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals/quotations, and handle contract negotiations.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth areas.
  • After Sales Support: Provide basic technical assistance and coordinate with the engineering team to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
