About the Role
ARCO Turnkey Solutions seeks an Electrical QA/QC Engineer for on-site projects in Dubai. The role involves inspecting electrical works, reviewing drawings, preparing quality plans, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspections of electrical works, equipment installation, and power distribution systems to verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
- Review electrical drawings and designs
- Prepare and implement quality inspection and test plans
- Document and report non conformities, and coordinate corrective actions with project and site teams
- Monitor contractor and vendor performance
- Conduct routine testing and commissioning support
- Maintain quality records
- Collaborate with safety and project management teams to ensure reliable and safe electrical systems throughout project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Additional Quality certifications
- 2–3 years of experience in electrical QA/QC, preferably in turnkey or construction projects
- Familiarity with relevant international and local electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NFPA, local authority requirements)
- Experience in preparing and implementing inspection and test plans, quality documentation, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify and resolve technical issues on site
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of design/coordination tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) is beneficial
